Brian, I would be interested in hearing where you found Scheck to be a member of the USA U18 National Team? He didn't get a sniff of that team as he was hurt throughout high school and graduated with one varsity start...

Highly touted recruit? All Top Tier kids are highly touted by pbr if you're one of the chosen!!! Thats what happens when your ranked #7 in your class as a sophomore and don't pitch for 2 years and then drop to #15 in your class as a senior. Must have been a pretty bad class with no pitching Sean Duncan. What are you and Todd Fine smoking?

You might follow Cody Gray Central AZ College Go on internet. Good stats 13 and 1 for last year, ERA at 2:00 for year, Pitched 2 games at JC World Series in Grand Junction in June Won both games. Throws in low 90's with 3 good pitches. Good command and throws strikes. Watch this upcoming season as he will probably have a great year. MLB will be on the radar.
Read about him as the Internet follows him and his progress. Told he is going to UNLV next year.

"RSN, which reaches up 24 million households, includes Fox Sports South, Sun Sports, Comcast Sports Atlantic and NESN. All ACC games produced as part of the RSN package will also be available on ESPN3 in locations beyond the RSN territory."

What is RSN? I'm new to the area and have never heard of this network. (I agree, ESPN3 is better than nothing.... and the ACC tourney title game on ESPN2? Not too bad....)

The way the NCAA handles the volunteer position for baseball is a joke. It is a very real burden for good young coaches to get a start in Division One baseball because they have to try and work a full time job making little money, plus spend the time with the baseball program. My son was a volunteer for seven years before getting a paid position. I know the sacrifice they make.

I apologize for the negative post under that name.. the 2 ppl mentioned in the posts above were the same ppl that made that post as well. Speaking for myself, I believe Harper is a great player as well and through God, I inspire to soon play against or with the same affiliation as him in a few years.

I dont know the details .. but form and based on the article ... its sounds rather harsh ! . My goodness !!! what sort of benefits were these coaches getting ... a place to sleeep ? sounds like a harsh penalty for a place to sleep for your coaches .

That is complete BS by the NCAA. I tried to do the same thing this past year D1 to D1 w/o sitting out a year and it didnt happen. How come this kid is allowed to do this?!!!
